Palma Penthouse Terrace
A high-altitude Mediterranean sanctuary resistant to wind and sun
Located on the top floor of a contemporary building in Palma, this terrace was transformed from a bare concrete deck into a lush, liveable garden.
The design features custom linear planters that structure the lounging and dining zones without blocking the views of the city and sea. The plant selection prioritizes species resistant to heavy sun and wind, such as Strelitzia nicolai and compact palms, paired with sculptural columnar cacti in custom ceramic pots.
The integration of light stone porcelain paving and clean-lined furniture completes a contemporary, high-end landscape requiring minimal water and pruning.
